In-house graphic design lead: worked directly with the Senior Director of Brand Development to execute promotions, advertisements, marketing campaigns, HTML newsletters, organizational publications, apparel and other collateral that adheres to NPF brand standards. Also managed communications with printing and outside vendors; developed multiple intranet Sharepoint sites.

Key achievements:

  • Event support for the National Christmas Tree Lighting at The White House, a Hallmark Channel broadcast event
  • Designed and executed a Sharepoint portal for National Park Foundation’s employee intranet and a microsite for brand, marketing, and communication assets
Graphic Designer, Global Business Travel Association (GBTA)

March 2015 – October 2016

In-house graphic design lead: Multitalented in-house designer, closely collaborate with the marketing department to execute a wide range of design products for print, web, mobile apps and videos that increase sales and event registration. Effectively critique and guide design contractors and serve as the leading expert to approve designs from vendors.

Event branding for GBTA Convention (7,000 attendee event): Successfully designed the original event theme for GBTA Convention 2016. Create and manage the designs for marketing pieces throughout the year, including the convention website (convention.gbta.org). Exceptional collaboration with content owners to complete the entire 120-page event program, signage, booths, and on-site materials.

Management of Brightcove video platform: Quickly mastered management of the Brightcove video platform. A leader in the launch of the new product GBTA On Demand, skillfully manage and organize GBTA’s library of 300+ videos.

Key achievements:

  • Signage for over 20 global events, including: US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, China, and South Africa
  • Created a new brand for GBTA’s Sales & Marketing Solutions
  • Rebranded GBTA’s Masters Honors program, ad featured in Businessweek
